My brother got married up at the Mt. Princeton chalet yesterday. It was a beatiful day! We had our own version of a traditional Highland wedding. The guys were all in kilts, Benny performed the ceremony, our friend Sean played his bagpipes, we wore our clan colors, and all of this happened with the peaks as our backdrop. It was simple and amazing. What a day! I’m so happy for Lennie and Diane! (Sorry, no time to post pictures right now.)
Today we’re off to Estes Park for the Scottish/Irish Highland Festival. You can check it out at http://scotfest.com/
I was born into the Robertson Clan, but married into the Gunn Clan, thus I will be in the Gunn tartan. We’re hoping that Benny will compete in the Highland games (caber toss) next year. Boy does that man look good in a kilt! 🙂
When do we get to see the pics of Benny in a Kilt?

I just want to know if the men were “True Scotsmen” for the wedding. If not, I’m demanding their kilts!
