Our friend Gary had an accident last night at work. A 3000 pound beam crushed his foot and severed his heel. He was air-lifted to Denver and taken into surgery late last night. All but 2 bones in his foot were crushed/broken. This morning they are making the decision whether or not to amputate from the knee down. He and his wife Rosey are the best friends of my in-laws and we love them dearly.
Gary is an independent contractor and is self-employed with NO insurance. Please pray that God will provide the money needed to handle this terrible accident and the physical therapy that will eventually follow regardless of the decisions made today. They will also have to figure out how to make ends meet without his income.
They are a wonderful couple and I know God has them in His hands. They are generous people and my hope is that their church and their community rally around them and get them through this rough time. Thanks for your prayers!
