Driving for 11 hours gave Benny and I plenty of time to talk and dream about our future. It was nice… when the kids were asleep:). We made a few plans and we’re anxious to see where we’ll be moving in April! I really think we’re ready to move on. Ofcourse saying goodbye to our teens and our friends at our church here won’t be easy. I am happy I’ll be moving on without a lot of hurt feelings on my part. God and I have been working overtime on my heart for me to be able to say that. I said in my first blog of the year – bring it on! I’m ready!
I am still on information overload from my succcess seminar. I learned so much, met some wonderful people in the business, and regained my confidence that I can do this…I am smart enough, I’m tough enough, and darn it…people like like me! 🙂 Seriously though, I know my business is going to flourish. You read it here first folks! One year from now I will be making enough money to fully support our ministry. One year from now I will have opened up new markets in 2 states, and I will be successful! One of the great things about my business is that it’s an internet company and it’s not tied to a certain part of the country, or world for that matter. I can do my business from anywhere. I believe my business is a gift from God and an answer to our financial prayers.
I’m ready for the next step which is saving for our elderly years, and building wealth. Our company just hit momentum this year and I’m in a position to make quite alot of money. May God guide me as I use it for His glory!
Benny and I are dreaming about all of the ways we’ll be able to bless people financially. Our big dream is to build a retreat center for people to come to rest, relax, and have fun. A place where anyone is welcome, but ministry families pay nothing. We want to help other people experience financial freedom. We want to build our dream home. We want to provide for our parents when they can’t provide for themselves anymore. We want to train up our children to be wise with their resources and to use them to further the kingdom of God. We want to bless the socks off those who need encouragement, help, and a place to live and belong. We have a lot of dreams and goals, and this is just the beginning…
I am happy for you guys. The power of prayer always seems to amaze me. I would definetly like to know more about this “dry bones” thing you talked about earlier. Is it somewhat like winterfest? Or Impact or anything? By the way, winterfest is next weekend and the youth group is really pumped. If you want you can e-mail me some more info on dry bones and maybe I can pass it on to Tom. Plato@peoplepc.com We would love to see you guys again anytime you find a spare hour! God has plans for you and I and its a great feeling!
